Moroccan Pork Meatballs

Serves: 4


8 - 12 Minting Park Farm Pork Meatballs
Large Onion - chopped
Tin chopped tomatoes or plum tomatoes
Small glass of red wine


Fry the chopped onions until beginning to brown, remove from pan.
Fry the meatballs.
Return the onions to the pan and add the tomatoes and red wine
You can add mushrooms,peppers etc if you wish.
The meatballs are spiced so there is no need to add any more spices at this stage
Simmer for approximately 30 minutes until thoroughly cooked.
Serve very hot with rice,pasta or couscous
